Hybrid Leadership Development Program
Applicant Requirements:

Young Women of Color, in their early 20s up to age 35, who are Individual Contributors or Managers with 0 to 7 years of work experience OR
-
Collegiate juniors or seniors with one or more summer or year long internship experiences

High potential talent with demonstrated academic achievements and/or professional experience

Demonstrated heart for service and a strong desire to make an impact in their organization, community and the society at large
-
Commit to fully participate and engage in the 12 month hybrid leadership development program*

Willingness to be a life-long Legacy Leaguer, by virtue of their time, talent and treasure, and commit to paying it forward for generations to come
*Participants are allowed to only miss one of the twelve workshops. The Community Impact Weekend, opening and closing retreats, as well as the graduation celebration are all mandatory dates.
