Applicant Requirements:

Young Women of Color, early to mid-30s, who are Individual Contributors or Managers with 0 to 7 years of work experience

Collegiate juniors or seniors with one or more summer or year long internship experiences
-
High potential talent with demonstrated academic achievements and/or professional experiences
-
Demonstrated heart for service to others and a strong desire to make an impact on their organization, community and the society at large
-
Commit to fully participate and engage in the 12 month hybrid leadership development program*
-
Willingness to be a life-long Legacy Leaguer, by virtue of their time, talent and treasure, and commit to pay it forward to generations to come
*Participants are allowed to only miss one of the eight program days; the Community Impact Weekend, opening/closing retreats and graduation ceremony are mandatory dates.
